It's a Windows script which means that typically it would be 
executable like a program on that platform. It's presence in a email 
is usually indicative of an attempt to run a process of which the 
user is unaware - malicious, frivolous or prank code. It has no 
effect on a Mac but it's bad form to pass it on...
