Organizing Fonts (was Installing Fonts)

Thanks for all your guys' help. Problem  was that I only had the 
printer description file, and not the other files.

Now I am wondering what utilities people use so that when I look at my 
font list, the Hiroshige Bold isn't under "B" but that all of the 
Hiroshige font family can be found under "Hiroshige."

Any suggestions? And remember, I'm a dentist, not a graphics 
professional, so let's not get carried away with respect to cost, 
please.
