I am using Print Window per

Its "donationware"

I have its Icon in my Dock.  I just drag the desired folder into the 
Icon and my printer auto prints out the contents of the Folder 
including the subfolders ( an option )

My printout , in column format , displays ; icon, Name, Type, Size and 
Modified date.
At the bottom edge of each sheet , it also prints out date & time, and 
selected  folder hierarchy
