font fun...

Hey folks:
I'm running OS 10.2.8
Suitcase 10.2.2

For some reason I constantly get a system font conflict with 
Helvetica... Suitcase tells me to remove the offending font from the 
system (helvetica.dfont)... however it's locked and I cannot unlock it 
(unless I'm just being stupido!)

Anyone know of a way to solve this conflict?
