Airport Extreme Problem

Good afternoon,
	Have been successfully using my airport extreme base station for almost a 
year (cable modem connected to base station, XP machine hard wired to base 
station, and powerbook 10.3 connecting wirelessly)  Last week I went out of 
town and unplugged the power to the whole setup and since I have been back 
I have been unable to keep a connection longer than a few minutes.  Have 
tried unplugging and shutting down cable modem and computer, put it isn't 
until I simply unplug the base station that it resets everything.  The only 
thing I may have fiddled with or might have been changed was using the 
ethernet connection on the powerbook while being out of town..just not sure 
that would affect base station?  Both the PC and Powerbook are pulling ip 
addresses...when I go to system preferences and network it lists my ip 
address as 10.0.1.2 and subnet mask as 255.255.255.0

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

PS.  When I go into the aiport admin utility and under internet it lists 
the wrong router address and connect using ethernet...is that correct?
