[X Newbies] Classic/multiple user question + iPhoto gripe

Prior to OS X, the Macintosh operating system** was not multi-user in 
design. Classic is a way of using the previous OS within OS X. So you 
are asking for the opportunity have multiple users use a single-user 
operating system within a multi-user system.

Even if it were possible, it seems like a choice that Apple should *not* make.
