Indeed not, thank goodness. (Let's hope current efforts to legislate 
evolution out of nature will evolve in a similar manner.)

IIRC, the legend has it that a math professor, who happened to be 
passing through the state capital at the time, was asked by an 
acquaintance, who also happened to be a State Senator, to have a glance 
at the proposed law. The rest is (supposed to be) history (but no 
Hollywood movie just yet).
