[X-Newbies] Basic PDF editing.

As Vince says is probably true, but doesn't it usually say that 'some 
areas are outside the printable margins'? I just put a whole book for 
an author into PDF and many pages said that but I could not see why, so 
I just clicked ok and all was well.
I had all the files sent to me from his PC in Word.
