[X-Newbies] MS Labels?

Not sure if I can get this answered here or not. If not, does anyone 
know where I can post this?

I have a MS Office document / labels setup. Is there a way, and if so, 
how can I delete empty fields in a labels doc.

The doc. has 19 pages, but each page has some empty boxes / fields. If I 
got rid
of these, the number of pages would drop to 15, and I would have less waste.
