I use Toast and my burner is a "PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-106D". I have tried at least 4 or 5 different DVD media, and only one type have caused any problem, and I really don't know what to blame, if it's the product or if I had bad luck during those burnings... So the person in the store is proven wrong, generally speaking, but could be right in specific instances. / Vicki
