Well, no, that doesn't work in the states either. .Mac support is  
online only, unless you have billing issues.

Now that you've uploaded your site, log into mac.com on the website,  
then go into homepage, delete the site it thinks is there, and add a  
new site and page (advanced tab, 'external html').
