[X-Newbies] Website credit card payment creation.

Hi again,

Anyone have any experience with setting up a website with the following:

1) People who want to be a member of the coop have to agree or
disagree with a set of rules. If they agree, they are then added to a
list that contains the contact info they fill in on a form.

2) Credit card payment for membership. This is an EU country based
site so I would prefer not using PayPal or Kagi.

I am at this time using RapidWeaver but don't think that it contains
tools for me to create the above, but as I don't really know how to do
this, I don't really know where to look 8-| If not, could I use
Freeway to do this?
