[X-Newbies] Polyglot using cocoAspell?

Anyone else out there using cocoAspell that is a polyglot? I am
sometimes running into problems, particularly when switching languages
in Mail and starting on a new message. I can easily end up switching
between English, Danish and Indonesian a number of times when writing
to different people. The dictionaries don't always seem to follow even
when I have changed them early on. Sometimes I forget, until half way
through the message. For some reason, the wrong dictionary continues
checking my spelling in Mail, but I never run into this problem when
writing in Safari as I am now or in TextEdit.

I am using Tiger on a G5 single.
