[X-Newbies] active domain login "locally"

[Renz_Douglas]

Trying to make a network Mac OS X 10.4.7 account that is joined to a
local Microsoft Active Domain run "locally" when not connected to the
domain. Is there a setting or rights I need to give that account so that
user can log in from home when not at work/school on the active
directory domain?
