[X-Newbies] take my G5 to France?

Hi Carole,

If the monitor also needs a cable, then you've to buy a second one.   
People here buy a block which has a cable going to the wall, and in  
that power lead (4, 6, 8, 12..contacts) they put cables to the  
devices.  You only have to know if that wall contact can hold so many  
devices, and how much all the devices are in total in watt.  The same  
as it in the US will be.

ou can see how a cable here looks like.  That power lead can have a  
switch or not to give power to all the devices hooked to it.
It's different in the UK than in the rest of Europe.  So don't buy  
stuff for the UK.
How's your French?  They don't speak much other languages than French.
