[X-Newbies] Appleworks not responding

Sounds like the weird icon means the app just lost its association.
In X, when you trash certain prefs, you must reassociate all your
applications otherwise you get a weird old fashioned icon.
I would reinstall Appleworks is all and make sure the .app is not
removed from after it.
