[X-Newbies] 24 hours in international?

When you click the customize button, you should then see an example  
format, with each element in a blue oval. Hover the mouse over the  
"7" oval (hours), then click the triangle that appears. In the popup  
list, select "00-23". Then place the cursor after the "PM" oval and  
delete it. Close the window, relaunch iCal.

That is one hell of a non-intuitive interface.
