[X-Newbies] Yes, we're back!

Yes I understand the list's purpose, but I was just wondering about  
that string of words I often see before the email address, which did  
not make grammatical sense to me.

Shouldn't it say "A place for novice users....." you know as in FOR  
not TO?

Just wondering! :-)
