I see that tclspice is *not* listed on the Fink "Packages" page:

Does that mean that installing Fink cannot help me with tclspice itself?

But I am now downloading and shall install Fink anyhow.  In the meantime,
I'm reading their documentation and trying to understand what it does.  At
least I'll probably learn something.
