[X-Unix] 10.4.1 xinetd?

Anyone having problems with xinetd after the 10.4.1 update?  I launch my
UW-IMAP server from it, and it stopped working after the update.  Upon
system startup, daemon log shows:

May 16 22:50:21 localhost xinetd[48]: xinetd Version 2.3.11 started with
libwrap options compiled in.
May 16 22:50:21 localhost xinetd[48]: Started working: 0 available
services

After I log in and HUP the service, it starts the services correctly:

May 16 22:52:23 babelfish-2 xinetd[48]: Starting reconfiguration
May 16 22:52:23 babelfish-2 xinetd[48]: Reconfigured: new=3 old=0
dropped=0 (services)

This is repeatable and new - I've been running from xinetd since Panther.
Anyone seeing similar?
