I found a newer version at http://mvb.saic.com/freeware/vms94b/vmsnet/lc23.tar_z

Fortunately it doesn't use Imake anymore and it's been updated to the  
old days of UNIX instead of the dark ages. (Its internals are also a  
little better documented.)

I've contacted Jaun about how to go about getting it into MacPorts.
