[X4U] Slow safari

At 6:43 PM -0500 on 12/8/04, Samantha Cornell spoke about [X4U] Slow 
safari thusly:

I have experienced the same for which the cure is to quit Safari and 
launch it again. It is a mystery some have attributed to how Apple 
deals with IPv6 -- gobbledegook to me.
