[X4U] When will the 2.5 Ghz Liquid cooled systems be shipping?

Late July at the earliest. I ordered mine on the day they were announced and
I have a ship date of "on or before August 2nd."

So within 2 weeks might be a bit too optimistic. I'd say it's more like 3
weeks (or more).
