Ok, so we just found out the cable modem has a USB output. But how fast is the throughput into a USB 1.0 connection (also considering the 33 MHz bus speed inside his G3 500 iMac). Will he loose much speed compared with an Ethernet connection? The cable company normally transmits at 3.0 Mbs. David
