[X4U] Strange file on iDisk

While synchronizing my local iDisk on my iMac to my iBook, using a  
3rd-party utility, I saw that it was "copying '.filler.idsff' 68.39  
MB" over.  I assume that that is the unused portion of my iDisk.   
Just curious if anyone knows exactly what it is.  I'm also assuming  
that it isn't routinely sync'ed when the local iDisk connects  
to .Mac, but who knows.
