These aren't errors; rather, DU is just reporting that it's using special
permissions. They're just advisory messages telling you that DU is using new
permissiions (those that differ from what previously installed items as shown
in their original receipt packages), usually associated with the latest
security updates (rolled iinto subsequent updates)-note that nothing was
repaired:
