[X4U] Safari Not Working Consistently

How do I move all my files over easily? Won't I have a permissions  
nightmare? Yes the new user Safari works fine. But it's like starting  
over. Is there a streamlined way to make this transition to a new  
user account? Instructions written somewhere?
