[X4U] Printing PDFs without crop-marks...

I don't see how to use the crop tool to automagically remove the marks 
from all pages, but it seems that if I print from Acrobat Professional 
I can set page scaling to "none" and tick the "auto centre" box to 
achieve this effect - the crop marks and associated white space fall 
off the edge of the page.

My apologies for troubling the list - this would have been quickly 
obvious had I looked.
