I'm not surprised that they had it (OS X for Intel) developed, since  
OpenStep ran on Intel.  I am surprised that it was not nearly as open- 
enough of a secret that people weren't doing all sorts of gyrations  
last weekend to convince themselves that Apple wasn't switching to  
Intel  :-)
