[X4U] G5 Fan Run Amok

I've seen this happen a few times in the two years I've owned my 
system.  I think it has been a grand total of 3-5 times.

When this happens the system has apparently crashed and decided that 
it's overheating and needs the fans running full bore.

It is *VERY* disturbing!
