[X4U] Why can't Windows users open my pdf files?

When adding the Attachment, did you drag and drop? You might want to  
try adding it to your email message using the "paper clip" ATTACH  
button instead. Navigate to the file, and then make sure "Send  
Windows Friendly Attachments" is checked at the bottom of the drop- 
down window.
