[X4U] Video recording meetings with iSight

I've now tried BTV and iVeZeen, and neither is quite going to meet my  
needs... but it looks like Quicktime Broadcaster will do the trick  
nicely.

Are there any known downsides to using QT Broadcaster for recording  
directly to a hard drive, using H.264 codec for video and AAC for audio?
