Probably because in an attempt to please people who don't like to read "Re:
Digest 15,326,752" as the subject, someone cut out all the extraneous Digest
material and re-typed an appropriate Subject line to make their response.

Try being happy for the attempt that was made, rather than being upset about
something that I'm sure messed up the threading you use. :-)

Yes, I know, this post won't thread properly, either -- oh well. I added the
appropriate [OT] tag, since starting with your post, this tangent of the
thread is Off Topic and ought to not thread with the actual advice part of
the thread.
