Have you tried a different playlist? That sounds like it could be a  
bad file (what format are the files?). The error message you're  
getting would lead one to believe its something else. Might be worth  
a try though.

Looking back at your original message, you say the playlist is 402.7  
MB, but if the files are compressed (mp3 or AAC or even Apple  
Lossless) that's going to be more than a single CD can hold, assuming  
you're burning a normal audio CD. What does the playlist say for the  
music duration?
