You don't say if you need a laser printer or a color inkjet.
Here is a list of Brother laser-based multi-functions that do duplexing:

Brother is especially good at Macintosh-compatiblity with multi-function
devices. Some MFD's from some manufacturers aren't 100% Mac-compatible
for all features.
If you need a color inkjet multi-function, have a look at the Canon Pixma
range:

Not all Canon models are Macintosh compatible, but those that are are
great values, good performers, and Canon has amazing service and support.
