[X4U] OT - reselling software

hi

i bought aperture 1.5 a few months ago, and would like to sell it.  
i've been playing around with lightroom 1.0 and i think i prefer it  
(speed, ease of use, etc) to apple's product.

my question: how does one go about re-selling software. do i have to  
ask apple's permission? or can i just put everything in the product  
box (cds, manuals, serial number, etc) and sell it?
