The current version of iPartition cannot format NTFS or FAT filesystems. It can create NTFS and FAT partitions, but you will need to use something else to format them. If you re-order your partitions so that the Windows partition changes its partition number, you will need to edit the file BOOT.INI in the root of your Windows installation.
