Daly,
Start here: www.apple.com
In the search box at the bottom of the page simply type "Palm" (no
quotes, of course).
You will get links to 146 pages that deal with Palm devices.

If you don't already have it, d/l iSync from Apple, to get started.
(Launch iSync and under the "Devices" menu, there is a choice for
"Enable Palm OS syncing".)
Under system requirements for iSync 1.5, it says, in part: "Palm
syncing requires Palm Desktop 4.0 or later and the iSync Palm Conduit
v1.2".

Palm Desktop software, inter alia, can be found here: http://
www.palm.com/us/support/macintosh/
iSync Palm Conduit can be found here: http://docs.info.apple.com/
article.html?artnum=120221

It took me less than 5 minutes to find that stuff for you. Use it as
a point of departure and do some digging on your own. You will find
more that will be instructive.
Cheers,
John
