I've had excellent results purchasing "factory refurbished" Macs from any 
of these three vendors.  One nice thing about purchasing this way, as 
opposed to purchasing a used Mac from a private party, is that you get a 
warranty.:

I've found that sometimes you can call these places, and tell them what
