Since I was one of the early spam callers, I am going to weigh in on  
the listmom and his inclusion of an advertisement at the footer of  
the message.

Since this list is free for all of us, I see no issue with the owner  
of the list earning a little to pay for server costs, hosting,  
bandwidth, etc.
