[X4U] Desktop Icons rearranging to Alphabetical after every restart (OS X 10.4.9)

I think I have answered my own question.  I recently installed BlueHarvest,
which prevents certain normally hidden OS X files (.DS_Store, .Trashes,
Resource forks) from showing up in Windows directories.

For some reason I had selected an option not to allow .DS_Store files within
my home folder on my MacBook.  I have since deselected that option and the
problem seems to have been resolved.
