[X4U] Leopard peculularity regarding command-clicking in title bar of Finder window

Maybe they do it that way to be consistent with the way web browsers  
work.  CMD-clicking a URL will open it in a new window (or tab).    
People have become more comfortable with web browsers than the Finder.
