[X4U] Need Mac compatible web server registration s/w recommendation

I helping a friend with a Mac question. She wants to automate an on-line
registration task and needs a suggestion for some Mac compatible s/w.

She has about 200 persons who will be attending an event next year. Instead
of having them send her their info via e-mail, she would like to get some
s/w which would allow her to receive registrations from the web site. She
has someone who will load the s/w onto a web server and work with her on
tweaking it but she needs the ability to have the server to send her the
registration info so it can be saved into an Excel spreadsheet.

Can someone recommend such a program compatible on the Mac? She found a PC
version called Jumpstart-it.com but they did not have a Mac version.
