[X4U] Set up Parallels or Boot Camp

I migrated Parallels/XP from a MacBook to a MacBook Air and it seemed to
work fine initially. Sometime later, I noticed it took forever to start
up and was very pokey when/if it did get started. I discovered all sorts
of Mac files had strangely gotten into XP and, I guess, slowed it down.
I only use it as a curiosity, so I haven't delved into the situation further.
