[X4U] Why do some images not go through on Apple Mail?

Well there are several issues and probably the only one that will  
work is not to create any NEW RFC's for 5 years (or so) and ask that  
all email and listserv's be updated to the last one. *THAT* will  
*NEVER* happen (too many reasons to list).
