It depends on the order of the partitions on the drive. Open Disk Utility and click on the drive on the left side. You should see a Partition tab on the right side. Select the Partition tab. The order of the partitions will show in the graphic. If the 20 GB is the last one, you are in luck. The last partition can be removed and then the 2nd partition can be enlarged to accommodate that unallocated space.
