[X4U] Mozyhome or JungleDisk and S3 with Apple's Backup (or another backup program)?

Do I need to have the same space as the JD drive available on my Mac?
Cause I'm wanting to backup about 200GB of data to begin with (then just
a trickle every day) and I can't afford that space to mount a drive.
