[X4U] Extra Applications folder

I went a head and created an applications folder under my home  
directory and moved a third-party app there. The app works fine, but  
there is no special icon for the folder. Next time I get a choice of  
installing an app for all/single user, I'll put it there and see if  
that changes the icon.
