There are lots of PowerBook G4s that do not meet the speed requirement for
Mac OS X 10.5. That said, we're not clear from Said's post whether s/he is
using a PowerBook G4 or an iBook G4, nor its speed or RAM.

Also, upgrading to Mac OS X 10.5 means that the user can no longer boot/run
Classic on their Mac. For some people, that poses a problem for which there
are no or unsatisfactory workarounds.
