[X4U] Network settings

I have got the same thing going on with my PowerBook G4 1.67 Ghz system.

It started after one of the recent patches.

I have a slight difference, as mine does not freeze.  The prompt never 
stops coming back, and I am forever clicking the OK button.

If you find a resolution to this, please post a summary.
